I guess there is a bug somewhere most likely is Adobe flash, or nvidia driver or, in X-server. Well known for glitches and returns for servicing until BFG closed down. I guess, most gamers who use bit operating system Windows XP do not have to go through all this — after all there is no such thing like “memory hole” and MPRR mapping ; Then driver I ended up using not the latest, and even not one-before- the-latest, but actually a series NVIDIA driver. The cost of keeping up with the pace of technology is certainly steep, so upgrade cycles for some people stretch quite a bit longer than others. I actually had to turn down alot of the video options to get my PC to behave with the old GT card. Of course, because this is a BFG Tech card, the “overclocked” speed carries no real risk with it. Also impressive is the way how this card is built and its quality of craftmanship:

I was able to reuse all my old PC set up and not have to modify or change any of the equipment that I already was using with my old PC.
NVIDIA’s AGP Only GeForce 7800 GS
Merry Christmas from The Tech Report staff! The cost of keeping up with the pace of technology is certainly steep, so upgrade cycles for some people stretch quite a bit longer than others. ATI wins at low res and low details, this card comes back with a vengeance on high settings.
Even in cases where a technophile is able to upgrade frequently, no savvy user would just throw out last year’s top of the 7800fs. This card, GS is the last of the breed.

Customize The Tech Report I guess there is a bug somewhere most likely is Adobe flash, or nvidia driver or, 780g0s X-server. I actually had to turn down alot of the video options to get my PC to behave with the old GT card. The upshot of it all is that the GeForce GS should still be one of the fastest graphics cards ever to slide into 78800gs AGP slot, but it won’t be a titan of graphics performance like a five-hundred-dollar GTX.
I used a PSU with dual 12v 18A outputs no problem. Add to this the fact that some manufacturers are shipping boards with higher than stock core and memory speeds, and this part could definitely push an AGP system as far as it is likely to go.
Flashing the card’s bios is at risk of creating a paperweight. It cools great, it’s incredibly silent and most of all, it’s has a factory tweak out of the box that is I had to compromise. Yet neither company has seen fit to introduce a fast new AGP card, somehow figuring that the upgrade market would prefer PCI Express so overwhelmingly it didn’t matter.

See details for description of any imperfections. My old PC set up unable to see alot of the small special effects that the game had to offer.
Fast and powerful, and runs cool even when overclocked thanks to the big fan and quality heatsink from BFG. DirectX 9 just fine except for latest games, which I don’t care about anyways.
At first it made my machine crash. As is its custom, BFG Tech has chosen to push the envelope a little bit and offer an “overclocked” in the box version of the GS, which is what we’re reviewing here today.
You may receive the upgraded version as we do not differentiate between the two.
At first I removed the top cover of heat sink to inspect and clean it from dust if any. It’s a card that doesn’t require a hound dog of a processor to work aside with, and it’s even priced really good at USD!
It is telling that the GS was released not long after. They’ve chopped down the G70’s 24 pixel shaders by two “quads,” so that 16 pixel shaders remain.
